One of many tractor parades throughout the weekend. Pumpkin painting and Scarecrow making, what could be be more Autumn like? No, it's not an outhouse! It's our sporty ClamCake chowder Transporter thingy. Ah, listen to the fiddlers. The Swamp Yankee Contestants. This year the contest was judged by Country and Western singing star, Billy Gilman.
People's Choice Award for our 2002 Classic Car Cruise at Swamp Yankee Days. Bruce Palmer was the DJ at the SYD Cruise in 2002. East Coast Karate was on hand for a demonstration! Rita and Lt. Governor Elizabeth Roberts, surveying the Cow Chip Bingo The Parallel String Band gets the spectators dancing!

where the Cow Chip Bingo winner lies. A little pumkin painting is always festive. Climbing the National Guard Rock Wall. Are we there yet? Making your own scarecrow, under the guidance of Sean, the Master Scarecrow maker.
Oh do you know the pumpkin man, the pumpkin man, the pumpkin man? Some Antique Tools and Engines on Display. You don't get to see Blacksmiths at work that often. Ms. Swamp Yankee, Nikole Kennedy and Mr. Swamp Yankee, George Carr 2007 Sometimes, when there's a drought, or........if there is too much rain, well you just have to come up with your own pumpkins.....or swumpkins!

Silent Witness Vugil Conducted by Gary Leitner of tthe Domestic Violence Resource Center of Washington County, and assisted by members of The Rotary Club of Chariho and their families Rotarians and their families, after bringing the tents down on yet another successful Swamp Yankee Days Festival!
